Our Technical Support Center forms the core of Net Insight's Nimbra support services. The Center constitutes a forum for handling questions about the running and maintaining of Nimbra networks. At all times, the Center is ready to address any issues that support customers may need input on.
The Technical Support Center primarily operates via a remote connection to the customer’s network and equipment to enable a quick and efficient solution to any problem. Furthermore, the Center has its own Nimbra lab that is staffed with highly skilled personnel, thus ensuring that customers always have access to state-of-the-art networking skills and experience.

We provide our support customers with an on-line Support Center which contains a support request function as well as a Knowledge Base and Known Issues advice for the Nimbra Products.
